Dr Sung has extensive work experience in the private sector too, having worked with large healthcare groups like Raffles Medical as well as Healthway and Parkway Shenton Medical Groups for many years, including a stint in 2011 as a General Practitioner in Suzhou, China, with a private medical group. In addition to his exposure to family medicine and corporate healthcare, Dr Sung also worked in the aesthetic field for almost two years, gaining some experience in handling the aesthetic concerns of patients with regards to skin ageing and pigmentation.
Dr Sung was formally accredited as a family physician in 2014, having fulfilled the necessary requirements of the College of Family Physicians Singapore. He strongly believes in holistic healthcare, managing not only the physical but also the mental and lifestyle aspects of health, in order to achieve patient-centric healthcare with better outcomes. At MindChamps Medical, he hopes to work together with the medical team to achieve a decidedly family-oriented medical service for the community.
